Whats new in version 9.22:
• Fixed problem extracting metadata from encrypted embedded JPEG images in PDF files and added the ability to extract JPEG 2000 information too

ExifTool is a Perl library which also includes a command line application for reading and editing image, video meta information.

Add, view, edit and delete metadata of your digital photos using ExifTool. This software supports a variety of metadata formats including EXIF, GPS, IPTC, XMP, JFIF, GeoTIFF, etc..

It can extract the thumbnail images from RAW files, copy the metadata across multiple files - or not similar formats - remove metadata individually or by batch images, keep the modification dates data, and more.
Requirements:
